As a Data Center Technician Foreman, you will guide technicians in the field, keep installation work moving, and serve as a key point of coordination between crews, project leadership, and subcontractor partners.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate daily crew activities on active data center construction sites.
- Oversee installation tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Assign work, monitor progress, and troubleshoot field issues for technicians.
- Communicate with project managers and subcontractors to keep work on track.
- Maintain site documentation, materials readiness, and adherence to job specifications.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience leading crews on commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Experience with data center builds, structured cabling, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage field execution with minimal supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of jobsite safety practices, quality standards, and schedule coordination.
- Proven ability to resolve field issues during construction execution and coordinate effectively with subcontractors.
- OSHA 10 certification and Scissors Lift certification.
- Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
