Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and accounting records.
- Oversee front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle guest requests, reservations, and internal communications efficiently.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance and performing visual inspections of the property to ensure safety standards are met.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues effectively, and fostering positive guest relations.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and managing reservation systems in accordance with hotel policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably including night audit duties.
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette.
- Previous experience working in a resort or hotel environment that emphasizes guest services and hospitality standards is advantageous.
