We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Work with high voltage systems and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using voltmeters and logic controllers to diagnose problems accurately.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople during renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Experience as an industrial electrician with knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
