Kershaw County School District.

Physical requirements may vary by assignment and location. Duties may include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as general use of hands and arms. Close vision is required for computer and detailed work.
Work is typically performed in a moderate-noise environment (e.g., office or school setting with light activity).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals.
- Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs within the county, paid for by company.
- Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions.
- Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers.
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
- Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
- Complete special projects as needed.
- Regular, in-person attendance is required.
- Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Must interact well with others.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced and confident speaking in groups and meeting new people.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
