We are seeking a BI Developer to join a data warehouse and business intelligence (BI) development team supporting our federal customer’s financial dashboard and reporting system. Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain BI solutions using modern tools, with a preference for WebFOCUS or similar platforms.
• Develop and optimize ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data
• Create and enhance data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support business reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance through testing, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs.
• Support cloud-based data warehousing and integration initiatives to improve scalability and automation.
• Apply data management, warehousing, and best-practice standards across the BI environment.
Qualifications:
• BI Development experience required (we are open to training and mentoring the right candidate).
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce and present findings to technical teams and leadership.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington DC at the client's office.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$114,000 - $192,000 USD
