Requirements
- Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities (with secondary)
- Certified Teacher in either PK-3 or K-6 AND Certificate of Eligibility
- Valid NJ Teaching license
- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferred but not required

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique learning styles and abilities.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in various academic subjects, social skills, and life skills, adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress, adjust instructional approaches, and ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
