ESS Clean is hiring a reliable Custodian to join our team in Arcola. These positions offer a consistent weekday evening schedule and are ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy staying active, and prefer working independently.

Schedule: Multiple starting after 5:30pm

Starting Pay: $18/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Wipe and disinfect surfaces
• Clean restrooms and break rooms
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash and restock supplies
• Lock up and ensure building security

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented individuals
• A strong sense of pride in maintaining cleanliness
• Previous cleaning or sanitation experience is a plus, but not required
