Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide top-notch support for Esri’s products and services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive accurate and timely solutions while delivering an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, product troubleshooting, and general support.
- Provide guidance on Esri’s GIS software, services, and resources.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach while resolving concerns efficiently.
- Stay up to date with Esri’s products and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of GIS or Esri’s software is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Proficiency with computers, web-based tools, and customer service platforms.
