Quality Control Binder
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The QC Binder Coordinator, Complex is responsible for reviewing transcript for accurate product delivery for Esquire’s complex clients and cases The QC Binder Coordinator, Complex assembles and binds transcripts, adds exhibits and Case Manager Disk, and prepares for product shipment. The QC Binder Coordinator, Complex is responsible for ensuring job deliverables are shipped on time and to the right location and packaged neatly for shipping. This position handles high-profile and confidential testimony and requires a elevated level of quality control.
Job Duties:
- Reviews transcripts for accuracy and state required formatting
- Confirms Case Manager disk labels have all pertinent information as required and binds into transcripts
- Verifies exhibits to be attached or present in the job and binds them with the transcript
- Reviews all jobs as final quality control check and confirms all standing order preferences are met
- Completes packaging of transcript deliverable and ships deliverable to client or witness location
- Ships specified state transcripts directly to service providers for physical signature, as needed
- Seals confidential transcripts and exhibits according to the Confidential designation protocols
- Maintains a clean production area and a stocked inventory
- Operates and supports large production print and scanning equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data and make recommendations based on findings
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and related reporting skills
- Proficient in problem solving, research, and client follow up to both external (client) and internal (co-workers) clients
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to plan work effectively
- Meet assigned deadlines and make sound decisions
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work towards a successful solution
- Capable of taking direction from more than one Supervisor
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance
- Demonstrates a commitment to company objectives
- Able to move boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
Measurements of Success:
- Consistency meets (95% of the time) or surpasses daily productivity goal based on KPI reporting
- Consistency meets (97% of the time) or surpasses daily accuracy goals based on KPI reporting
- Maintains acceptable attendance as indicated by arriving to work on time and using sick and vacation time in accordance with Esquire’s attendance and punctuality guidelines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Legal or law firm experience a plus
- High school diploma; Associates degree a plus
- 1-2 years of Client Service or related experience in an office setting
