Esposito Law Group (ELG) is a dynamic Florida law firm serving clients across multiple states and in multiple practice areas, including business transactions, succession planning, estate planning, wealth strategies, probate, real estate transactions, franchise law, banking, and finance. We pride ourselves in delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions in a collaborative, professional environment. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will handle substantive legal work, draft and negotiate documents, manage client matters, and collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve excellent client outcomes. We are particularly looking for someone who has 3-5 years experience in either transactional matters or estate planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar admission (or eligible and willing to seek admission)
- Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience (law firm or corporate legal department) and preferably in either the transactional context or in estate planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple matters
- Familiarity with case management and document management systems

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience (starting at $120,000)
