Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for technical/engineering positions in industrial settings and be comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Strong coordination skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers are key.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Minimum 2 years of engineering recruiting experience
• Direct experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles required
• Experience supporting industrial environments such as process, chemical, power, or similar
• Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment laws/compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus
• PHR or SHRM-CP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews for candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support candidate selection
• Manage assigned requisitions end-to-end, including review, edits, and approvals
• Build and update job descriptions based on project scope and needs
• Track and report recruiting activity using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Support onboarding processes (background checks, drug screens, I-9, E-Verify, employment documentation)
• Lead redeployment efforts for existing workforce nearing project completion
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
• Deliver a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work will be in a general office environment with occasional work in an industrial location.
• Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
