Plasma Table Operator
Location: Gurnee, IL area
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00/hour

Job Summary:
The Plasma Table Operator is responsible for the production of raw material into subassembly parts using plasma cutting equipment. This role requires following work orders, ensuring accuracy, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow work orders to produce the correct quantity and specifications of parts.
- Operate plasma cutting equipment to cut and create designated parts.
- Use a computer to input and track work orders.
- Place appropriate metals on the cutting table and remove completed parts.
- Remove scrap metal from the work area and maintain good housekeeping standards.
- Inspect all parts for quality and accuracy.
- Adjust priorities as needed to meet production demands and deadlines.
- Follow all shop safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of plasma cutting/table operation experience (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic metalworking skills and knowledge.
- Experience handling large materials.
- Forklift experience (preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
