What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Esplanade Banquet & Conference Center?
The Esplanade Banquet & Conference Center is currently searching for experienced banquet servers with current TN ABC server permits.
Banquet servers will be responsible for facility set up, clean up and service to event guests during scheduled special events, weddings, fundraisers, etc. Events may range in size.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a server and be able to attend a mandatory orientation session prior to starting. Must be able to work flexible hours, mostly nights and weekends as needed. Must have your own transportation.
Ideal candidates will be pleasant, have neat/professional appearance and good hygiene, be energetic and self-motivated.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
