This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA, for an Events & Reservations Manager. The role involves managing event scheduling, coordinating reservations, ensuring efficient communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, fostering client relationships, managing bookings, assisting with sales strategies, and providing training to ensure smooth event execution.
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and coordinating schedules
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in Sales and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated capability in Training team members for event support and operations
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is a plus
