Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ functional abilities, cognitive status, and daily living needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence, safety, and participation in meaningful activities

Provide therapeutic interventions such as ADL training, fine motor rehabilitation, cognitive retraining, and adaptive equipment recommendations

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs, safety strategies, and long‑term functional support

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, PTs, SLPs, and social workers

Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans in accordance with Indiana State regulations

Maintain professional development and stay current with best practices in occupational therapy
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Active or eligible for Indiana OT licensure

Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment‑planning skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care

Ability to adapt to diverse clinical settings and patient populations
Requirements

Valid OT license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana

Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred

Proficiency in English (IELTS/OET/PTE/TOEFL may be required for international applicants)
