Overview
We are seeking a high‑energy Patient Experience & Checkout Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in high demanding roles. This is not a typical front desk role. The checkout specialist plays a critical role in ensuring an efficient checkout process, supporting product education, helping maintain patient flow, and supporting the reputation of the practice by encouraging satisfied patients to leave reviews.
Performance Bonus included but this will be discussed at the interview.
Responsibilities
- Process patient checkout quickly and accurately
- Schedule follow-up appointments according to physician instructions
- Provide patients with clear post-visit instructions
- Educate patients on physician-recommended products such as compression stockings
- Process payments and product sales
- Encourage patients to leave online reviews
- Maintain an organized and welcoming checkout area
- Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
