$10 - $15 per hour
Job Description: **Must Be Bilingual**
A route specialist is trained and expected to do the following:
- Coordinate several technician's routes/schedules on a daily basis
- Call customers frequently to schedule services while optomizing drive time/distance
- Promptly answer incoming calls to inform existing/new customers of our service options and pricing
- Use the software to schedule services, look up customer information, add notes/comments to accounts, and take payment
- Create proposals for customers and email information
- Effectivey and efficiently communicate with technicians to optomize their route and answer any questions they may have regarding their schedule
- Print daily routes and confirm income from technicians
This position is fast-pace, requires constant attention and the ability to multi-task while still professionally communicating with customers and other staff members. Critical thinking and problem solving is a must as tasks/services tend to quickly change.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
