Under the supervision of the Food Service Supervisor and direction of the Cook and/or Lead Cook assists in preparing and serving food and related activities.

DOJ Fingerprints upon hire
Valid California Driver’s License or California Issued I.D.
Valid Food Handlers Card (by date of hire)
Equivalent to completion of eighth grade. Knowledge of modern sanitation requirements. Ability to use cleaning methods with skill and efficiency; ability to perform manual labor, to understand and follow a work schedule, and oral and written instructions; ability to work cooperatively with others.
