About the Role
We are seeking a relationship-driven Luxury Client Advisor to serve as a trusted consultant for our clientele. This individual will guide customers through ESOTERIC’s premium service offerings, provide tailored recommendations based on each vehicle and owner’s goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion.
The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping clients make informed decisions regarding the care and preservation of their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries across phone, email, social media, online chat, and in-person interactions.
- Educate prospective clients on ESOTERIC’s services, products, techniques, and unique value proposition.
- Recommend customized solutions and premium service packages based on customer needs and interests.
- Build long-term client relationships that generate loyalty, referrals, and repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate scheduling, workflow management, and customer expectations.
- Partner with marketing to support growth initiatives, customer feedback analysis, and sales strategy development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal sales tools, processes, and customer experience programs.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue and performance goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, luxury automotive products, and the competitive landscape.
