Job Description

Job Title: SAP Order Management Business Analyst (#1730)

Location: Maplewood, MN

Duration: 12 Months

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher in from an accredited university

• Minimum of five (5) years combined job related experience in Customer Service, SC, Logistics, and/or Information Technology fields
Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP SD Order management/Billing processes

• Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong problem solving skills - ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams to evaluate and address key issues

• Strong oral and written communication skills (at all levels in the organization)

• Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams

• Strong consulting skills including leading teams, planning, and prioritization

• Skilled at gathering and analyzing requirements from internal clients; researching and resolving complex problems; negotiating project scope; and advocating best practices and processes

• Strong customer service and organizational skills

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete day to day tasks with minimum amount of direction

• Microsoft Office and Project proficient
