Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree or higher from an accrediteduniversity

·        Minimum of three (3) years of IT business analysisor project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Minimum of 3 years of proven business analysis orproject management, using PMI or IIBA methodologies and tools. Preference willbe given to PMP or IIBA certified candidates.

·        Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware customapplications, quality management and ERP manufacturing systems.

·        Business analysis or project management in amanufacturing facility. Medical device manufacturing a plus.

·        Knowledge of software development in an FDAregulated facility.

·        Basic knowledge of programming languages,especially C#.

·        Proficiency with MS SQL Server and SQL ServerTools.

·        Strong knowledge of software development life cyclemethodologies.

·        Experience with documenting requirements, anddeveloping and executing testing plans to meet requirements.

·        Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication,problem solving, and project planning skills are a must.

·        Self-motivated individual who communicates andinfluences with credibility and confidence; strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
