Must Have Qualifications:
- 18 years of overall experience
- 8 years specifically hands of with Solution Architect that are able to follow business problems, interact with stakeholders.
- MUST HAVE 15 Java development experience.
- AWS
- Java Spring boot
- Gen AI is preferred
- Hands on experience with Design patterns, architectural patterns, Gen AI and data modernization.
- Define solution architecture, high-level solution intent, and target state roadmaps
- Develop reference architectures, design patterns, and architectural standards
- Lead architectural runway planning to support new features and capabilities
- Collaborate with Business Architects, Product Owners, Agile teams, and Enterprise Architecture
- Drive cloud-native and distributed architecture strategies (microservices, micro-frontends, 12-factor apps)
- Support deployment, incident resolution, and solution governance activities
- Lead evaluation of new technologies, vendor solutions, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Guide architects and development teams through large-scale transformation initiatives
- 15 years of experience in Solutions Architecture and enterprise application development
- Strong background in modern cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Experience with microservices, micro-frontends, and architectural design patterns
- Prior software development background required
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills
