Job Description:
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with strong React.js experience to design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-cantered design principles, frontend development best practices, and the ability to transform wireframes and mock-ups into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into engaging UI designs.
- Develop responsive web applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into reusable React components.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate REST APIs.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, frontend technologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
- 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design.
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
