Job Description:
Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver business solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
- The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and process reviews to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Support system implementations, enhancements, integrations, data migration, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and user adoption activities.
- Maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), workflows, and process maps.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Experience supporting business applications, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
