Job Description: Financial Services Representative (Financial Analyst) Contract Assignment ID#: TBD Date Range: 1/13/2025 – 4/12/2025 Program: Non-Clinical System: University of Pennsylvania Health System Facility: Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA Unit: HUP Ambulatory Pharmacy Administration Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour Position Type: Financial Services Representative (Financial Analyst) Shift Details: * Schedule: Monday – Friday * Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5-hour shifts with flexible start time) * On-site: 3400 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA Key Responsibilities: * 340B Program Management: o Oversee daily management of all facets of the 340B Program at HUP, ensuring software maintenance and optimization. o Reconcile and determine 340B Retail Patient Eligibility for all UPHS Retail Pharmacies. o Ensure compliance with 340B program regulations and conduct routine audits at HUP sites. * Financial and Inventory Management: o Monitor inventory management and purchasing patterns daily. o Provide accounting support and perform reconciliations for the HUP Ambulatory Pharmacy Program. o Conduct routine analysis to identify and address areas of concern. * Collaboration and Reporting: o Support the Senior Business Analyst, Business Manager, Director of Business Operations, CAO, CFO, and other leadership teams. o Manage special projects and provide financial recommendations as needed. Required Skills and Tools: * Proficiency in: o Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. o Experience with Lawson (or similar General Ledger systems), QS1 Retail Pharmacy Software, EPIC, Kronos, and Hyperion products is a plus. Qualifications: * Education: o Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred. o MBA or MS in a related field is a plus. * Experience: o Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role required.
