Role Description The Electrical Assembler is a full-time, on-site role based in Corona, CA. This position is responsible for assembling electrical components and products according to engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Day-to-day tasks include performing mechanical assembly, routing and connecting wiring in panels, soldering connections, and using hand and power tools to build and finish assemblies. The Electrical Assembler inspects work for accuracy and quality, follows safety procedures, and collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules. The role may also involve troubleshooting basic assembly issues, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Assembly skills, including reading and following assembly drawings and using appropriate hardware and fasteners.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Panel Wiring, including cable routing, terminations, and working from wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Candidates should possess experience using Hand Tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, crimpers, and wrenches in a production environment.
- Candidates should possess experience using Power Tools such as drills, drivers, and other shop equipment safely and effectively.
- Candidates should possess Soldering skills for electrical connections, with attention to quality and durability.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety practices in an industrial setting.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Previous experience in electrical or electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical assembly or related fields is a plus.
