What You’ll Do
As a Body Shop Estimator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate repair planning and an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities Include
- Provide accurate pricing and repair estimates for all vehicles
- Prepare detailed estimates using CCC estimating systems
- Review vehicle condition and align estimates with shop and OEM standards
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining repairs and costs
- Assign and present quotes with full transparency (including parts and labor)
- Perform pre-approval inspections and help define repair scope
- Manage multiple estimates and projects efficiently with minimal supervision

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CCC estimating system
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
- Comfortable working in a body shop environment
- Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
- Ability to follow OEM repair standards and guidelines
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
- This job requires operation of a motor vehicle and therefore is classified as safety-sentitive work. Applicant must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.

- $50,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience)
