In this role you will be responsible for building and nuturing connections, promoting our brand across various social platforms, and driving sales growth through effective relationship management. We offer a guarantee annual income of at least $30,000, with an opportunity to exceed $100,000 based on performance bonuses. We are commission base and offer a non-confrontational sales presentation. Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Associate will spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
- Sales Associate will commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
- Sales Associate will test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features.
- Follow up with prospective customer and return email/voicemail.
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency is required.
Schedule consist of a flexible 5-day work week.
Pay: Guarantee based on experience.
Must have a good driving record.
This job requires operation of a motor vehicle and therefore is classified as “Safety-Sensitive” work. Applicant must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
