Job Summary
Eskra Cleaning LLC is a small but growing cleaning company looking for someone who is dependable, loyal, patient, and eager to grow with us. As our client base continues to expand, so will your opportunities for additional hours and future benefits.
I am currently expecting a baby and am looking for someone who can eventually take over many of my cleaning appointments, allowing me to focus on growing the business. Hours will start out part-time but are expected to increase as we continue to gain recurring clients.
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented House Cleaner to provide exceptional cleaning services in primarily residential homes, with occasional light commercial cleaning. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality service while treating every client’s home with care and respect.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other areas of clients’ homes.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces according to company standards.
- Clean appliances, mirrors, fixtures, baseboards, windows (interior as requested), and other household surfaces.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Follow customized cleaning checklists for each client.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude while working in clients’ homes.
- Safely use company-approved cleaning products and equipment.
- Keep cleaning supplies organized and notify management when supplies need to be restocked.
- Occasionally assist with light commercial cleaning, such as offices or small businesses.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Dependable, honest, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being on your feet for several hours.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
