**Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join our team at Esko Public Schools. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and be able to work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is between $44,960 and $84,514, based on the Esko Education Association Master Agreement. Other benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- IEP Development: Create individualized education plans for students with special needs.
- Student Assessment: Identify and assess student needs.
- Collaboration: Work with other professionals to stay current on state and federal regulations and participate in Child Study Teams.
Requirements: To be successful in this position, you must hold or be able to provide evidence of eligibility for an appropriate MN teaching certificate.
