This individual will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate content that translates technical information and administrative functions into user-friendly materials. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including engineering, product development, and customer support, to produce manuals, user guides, FAQs, and other content that standardize business operations, production, and support on-site services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- CONTENT AUTHORING: Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, training content, and multimedia learning resources that support training plans and career development plans.
- COLLABORATION: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, technicians, and other critical stakeholders to gather information and develop accurate training content and standardized work instructions.
- TRAINING DELIVERY: Deliver classroom, eLearning, workshops, and hands-on exercises as needed to support critical administrative and operational functions.
KEY TEAM JOB TASKS
- Write, edit, and format training content to support technical and administrative business functions and training plans.
- Develop clear and concise content tailored to each target audience’s level of understanding.
- Maintain information libraries, ensuring all content is current and accessible.
- Organize and deliver in-class training presentations, elearning courses, and practical exercises as required.
- Partnering with services, engineering, and production to develop an understanding of product functionality and service operations.
- Proactively identify new training opportunities and training process improvements
- Utilize various authoring tools and software to create and edit content including instructor course content, workflows, and storyboards.
- Leverage graphic design and multimedia tools to create illustrative content.
- Ensure that all content complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain familiarity of products and services through recurring direct observation and SME interviews.
- Assist with other projects as required.
