Your Role
As a Security Manager, you are responsible for overseeing daily security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring consistent service delivery and exceptional standards of protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and client expectations
- Supervise, schedule, and support a team of security officers
- Conduct routine site inspections
- Serve as point of contact for clients
- Train new security personnel as needed
- Monitor and manage officer performance, provide coaching, discipline, or recognition as appropriate
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records
- Draft clear concise reports
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment and vehicles assigned to each site
- Collaborate with company leadership to implement security improvements and drive operational efficiency
- Maintain readiness to fill in or support staff during call-offs, emergencies, or critical staffing shortages
- Enforce compliance with all workplace safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies
- Preform all other duties assigned
- Represent ESI Security with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- 21 years old
- Bachelors Degree
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Nevada PILB license (or ability to obtain)
- 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Police or military background preferred
- Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities in high pressure situations
- Familiarity with incident reporting, scheduling, and basic administrative duties
