Your Role
As a member of the Event Services team, you will be at the heart of unforgettable experiences. You will support a wide variety of events across dynamic venues, serving as a frontline ambassador for guests attending concerts, conventions, special events, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking guest bags upon arrival
- Provide ticket taking services
- Assist people in finding their destination and answer any questions they may have
- Greeting guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Ensure safety of the guests and venue
- Responsible for money handling. Previous experience required
- Monitoring and directing parking and traffic
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Nevada PILB license (or ability to obtain) preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is a must.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Have a professional attitude and appearance.

ESI Security Services, which started as the patrol division of Events Services, Inc., has become its own company and has taken over all security aspects ranging from onsite security to patrol inspection services. Events Services, Inc. now specializes in services such as ticket taking, ushers, and many other special event services.
