Job Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- ∙High school diploma or equivalent.
∙ Reliability and punctuality.
∙ Teamwork and communication skills.
∙ Problem-solving and adaptability.
∙ Commitment to safety and quality.
∙ Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
∙ Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) – certification is a plus.
∙ Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
∙ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∙ Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities
- Receiving and Inspection:
∙ Inspect materials for damages and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
- Storage and Organization:
∙ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move and organize inventory.
- Order Fulfillment:
∙ Load materials onto delivery vehicles while ensuring proper securing of goods.
- Inventory Management:
∙ Report low stock levels or inventory discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Safety and Maintenance:
∙ Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report issues.
- Documentation and Reporting:
∙ Use warehouse management software or logs to document material flow.

- Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
