Nearly 1.3 million Americans are residents of nursing homes, and currently, 99% of nursing homes in the US are facing nursing shortages, which means residents may not receive adequate care. We strive to empower nurses by offering flexibility and control over when and where they work, along with higher wages. Through our mobile apps, our community of qualified nurses provide much-needed staff for short-staffed facilities.


About this role

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our growing sales team.

If you are a motivated and experienced B2B Tech Sales Representative with a passion for driving revenue and building lasting client relationships, we invite you to join our dynamic team at ESHYFT.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4 years of successful B2B sales experience, meeting/exceeding targets.
  • SaaS inside sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of tech/healthcare, with the ability to communicate technical details.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, cold calling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce); knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Experience selling into Senior Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, or Assisted Living is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new Nursing Facilities through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, product users, and stakeholders.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services, highlighting value and business solutions.
  • Communicate the unique value proposition and address client objections consultatively.
  • Create tailored sales presentations and proposals for individual clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements for favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams for seamless solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
