Role Description The Project Manager is a full time, on site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. Day to day tasks include developing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing budgets and change orders, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will lead progress meetings, track milestones, resolve site issues, and communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders. This role also includes reviewing plans and specifications, monitoring inspections, managing documentation, and supporting timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- We are looking for a candidate with 5-10 years of project management experience, familiarity with Procore, and knowledge of local codes.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment are expected.
