The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the warehouse, picking and packing orders and loading for delivery. The position reports to the Warehouse Manager. As such, the following responsibilities are required of the position:
· Arrive at work on time
· Have or develop a basic idea of the layout and product placement inside the warehouse
· Pick / pack products in the warehouse and arrange or stack on a skid
· Check items that are ready to be shipped
· Wrap skids prior to shipment
· Load trucks for delivery
· Maintain an organized work area
· Maintain quality control on filled orders to insure amount of errors are kept to minimum
· Adhere to Company safety standards and company policies
· Maintain a safe working environment
· Maintain a clean working environment
· Work as a team with other employees
Skills Required:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized working environment
Ability to learn to use scanner to pick/ receive orders with accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
