This position will lead a multidisciplinary work team in delivering outstanding operations, maintenance, and management of water and wastewater plants. We are looking for candidates that are dual Georgia Class 1 licensed Water and Wastewater Operator candidates with outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

This position will lead a multidisciplinary work team in delivering outstanding operations, maintenance, and management of water and wastewater plants. We are looking for candidates that are dual Georgia Class 1 licensed Water and Wastewater Operator candidates with outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational process control procedures and maintenance protocols to achieve full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Inspect facilities, evaluate O&M functions, review records and data, and interview and select new personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Inframark with local clients, building and maintaining positive connections.
- Maintain operational records and prepare reports required by clients and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal laws and policies, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Attend council meetings and represent Inframark and the client with state and federal agencies.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or any combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- At least ten years of dynamically responsible experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations management.
- Georgia Class 1 Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator certification, or ability to obtain through reciprocity
- A strong detailed work style with a dedication to continuous improvement.
- Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions.
- Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver’s license.
