Position Title: WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE FACILITIES MANAGER

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000

Pay Grade: 15

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Facilities Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations across our Seaport and Cambridge campuses. In this role, you will ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient environment that supports employees, visitors, and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, management, and oversight for all vendors and internal staff, including Mailroom, Events, Maintenance, Janitorial services, Audio Visual, Food Services, and small building project teams.
• Support two pharmaceutical sites, one in the Seaport district and one in Cambridge. One location is an office environment, while the other combines office and laboratory spaces.
• This is a hands-on leadership position, requiring someone who not only manages a team but actively works alongside them, setting the standard for daily operations.
• Experience in Hospitality and Facilities Management Operations is required. Background in Hard Services, Laboratory environments, and Project Management is strongly preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Facility Management, Project Management, and ideally, Laboratory operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff, peers, leadership, and guests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex operational environments.
