ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Our portfolio of solution categories includes Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, ESG Programming, Laboratory Support Services, Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning, Landscaping & Grounds Management, Workplace Solutions and Managed Services.
This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets.
Job Summary
This individual will be responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the department, guaranteeing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.

This individual will be responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the department, guaranteeing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks
- Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates
- Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)
- Assists with cost control management for the account
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
- Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levels.
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
