Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Reads letters and determines department or official for whom mail is intended
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
- Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
- Prioritizes work and manage staff levels appropriately
- Establishes a full understanding for the utilization of Compass Group reporting systems
- Produces client invoicing/billing in a timely and accurate manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma; College Degree is a plus
- Facilities Experience, preferred not required
- Proven customer service related experience
- Competent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
