Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician/ Project Manager

Duties:
- Manage and oversee asbestos abatement projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure adherence to project specifications
-Maintain accurate records and documentation of all asbestos-related activities

Requirements:

Licensing Required. The followinglicensing below is required for this position:

State Licensing for Asbestos Project Manager, Asbestos Air Monitoring Techincian, or Project Monitor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
• Reliable transportation to project sites is required.
• This position requires the employee to work flexible hours and occasional weekends. Occasional overnight travel and out-of-town mobilization of may also be required.
• The employee must be able to lift-and-carry for short distances up to 25 pounds and assist in team lift-and-carry for short distances up to 50 pounds.
• This position requires the employee to work in humid, hot and cold conditions as well as work at heights and in close spaces.
• This position requires frequent ladder use, including the use of 24' extension ladders.
• This position requires manual dexterity with both hands and ability to operate a microscope using both eyes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of clients and contractors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring safety and compliance.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
