Key Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts and technical design using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core/Framework)
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
- Implement complex features and optimize code performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.
- Design and integrate APIs and data access layers.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
- Ensure application security, maintainability, and deployment readiness.
- Collaborate with teams across QA, DevOps, and Business Analysis
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track KPI-related metrics including bug recurrence, code quality, and delivery accuracy.
- Enforce secure coding and process compliance among team members.
- Lead communication with stakeholders regarding technical risks, delays, and resolutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5 years of professional experience in software development
- Expert knowledge of .NET technologies including C# and ASP.NET Core
- Deep understanding of backend systems, architecture patterns, and web-based development
- Extensive experience with Angular or similar frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strong database design and performance optimization skills
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
- Proven ability to lead development initiatives and mentor teams.
- Ability to work across diverse platforms including web, backend, and mobile when necessary.
