Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Rock Hill, SC. The intern will support the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, updating applicant tracking systems, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and campus engagement initiatives. Additional tasks may involve supporting employer branding activities, preparing recruitment reports, and contributing to process improvements in the talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruitment, with the ability to learn sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn applicant tracking systems or HR software.
- Ability to work on-site in Rock Hill, SC, collaborate in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
