Why You’ll Love Working Here

At Escuelita Alegría, we’re building something meaningful—this isn’t just a teaching job, it’s an opportunity to be part of a growing, mission-driven school that is shaping how children experience language and learning.

Our Spanish immersion model is designed to help children develop real, functional language skills through daily routines, play, and relationships. We’re intentional about what and how we teach, and we’re continuing to build a program that is both academically strong and developmentally appropriate.

As a teacher here, you won’t be handed a script and left alone—but you also won’t be operating without structure. We believe children thrive in environments that are consistent, predictable, and calm. Our classrooms follow clear routines and expectations that support both learning and behavior.
