Escrow Assistant (4–5 Years Experience Required)
Escrow Advantage is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Escrow Assistant with a minimum of 4–5 years of recent California escrow experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Assist Escrow Officer with residential resale, refinance, and related escrow transactions from opening through closing.
- Prepare opening packages and escrow documents.
- Order payoffs, HOA documents, demands, and other transaction-related items.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies.
- Manage transaction timelines and follow up on outstanding conditions.
- Prepare closing documents and assist with funding and recording.
- Provide outstanding communication and customer service throughout the transaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of recent California escrow experience is required.
- Strong understanding of the escrow process from opening through closing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with escrow software (RBJ experience is a plus).
