What are the responsibilities and job description for the Miami Sales Specialist position at Escot Bus Lines?
We are looking for a bilingual sales specialist who has experience in Miami or South Florida. We a family-owned 40 year old company with offices in Tampa Bay, Orlando and Medley. This position requires bilingual in English and Spanish. Training would take place in Orlando or Tampa Bay and would require occasional travel to those locations. We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. Sales are mainly via email, previous clients and incoming calls but participation in industry events and visit to network and potential clients in Miami and South Florida is required. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues. Monthly bons paid if goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
