Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our referral network and strengthen relationships within the personal injury and legal community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-focused, field-based environment and has a strong understanding of personal injury cases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys, medical providers, and referral sources
  • Conduct in-person visits, meetings, and presentations to drive new patient referrals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the personal injury market
  • Track outreach efforts, referral sources, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent patient and client experiences
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Experience in personal injury, legal, or healthcare business development preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships
  • Organized and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
