What are the responsibilities and job description for the Translator / Interpreter position at Esco Translations, LLC?
- Translator/ Interpreter.
- BOTH in person and remote interpreters needed. Not one or the other.
- Independent Contractor.
- On-call schedule.
- Translates questions, concerns, and explanations from Spanish to English. Also, translates back English to Spanish.
- Convert concepts in the source language (English) to equivalent concepts in the target language (Spanish).
- Speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish and English.
- Relay the style and tone of the original language.
- Render spoken messages accurately, quickly, and clearly.
- Phone interpretation and in person interpretation.
- Work professionally in high stress situations.
- Great note taking.
- Work from home majority of the time.
- Other languages is also a plus!
- Be able to attend in-person or Zoom interview.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $5,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
