**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong background in the culinary industry, and a proven track record of successfully managing and training staff. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house and is the first point of contact for customers. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including front-of-house and kitchen staff - Develop and implement effective staff training programs to improve performance and customer satisfaction - Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure staff are equipped with the skills necessary to deliver high-quality customer service - Ensure all staff adhere to our food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace - Manage shifts and ensure all staff are aware of their responsibilities and schedules - Assist the Assistant Manager with inventory management, ordering, and budgeting - Provide help and support to other members of the management team as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and control all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, sales, and profitability - Maintain a high level of visibility on the floor, interacting with customers and staff to ensure a positive experience - Ensure all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are performing at a high level **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar role - Strong background in the culinary industry, with a focus on customer service - Excellent leadership and management skills - Ability to develop and implement effective staff training programs - Experience in bartending and coffee service - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required **Skills:** - Culinary experience - Experience in staff training and development - Bartending and coffee service - Customer service skills - Training development skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Shift management - Ability to help and support others - Assistant manager experience

Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per week
